  If I could, I'd put zero stars. I took my mom here to get her hair cut and dyed. As she has an interview next week. We went in and my mom had already called and explained that her hair had been dyed a couple months prior, but didn't get the chance to fix it. As our house burned down and extra costs were eleminated. We walked in and the lady Jo dismissed us basically telling us to hold on. My mom said no rush take your time. The lady Jo said "Oh you're the one with the purple and green tint." And made a nasty face as if why would you bother trying to fix this. We showed her what my mom was wanting. And she went to the back to get swatches and proceeded to talk bad about my mom right in front of us. And my mom could hear her. And I could just see her spirit dying a little. My mom never comes to a salon. She doesn't like letting someone else do her hair she's always worried it won't turn out right. She brings the co-worker Terri who was just in the back with Jo talking about my mom up to look at her hair. They started picking at her hair and looking at it as if they didn't even want to touch it. And I told them look, she just wants to go darker. I know you can do a dark brown from this tint. I did it on my own hair at home. I don't want her hair to look sloppy or not colored right. And Jo said, it won't look pretty, it'll be ugly, but we'll do our best. If we color it your hair might fall out. And my mom just looked at her like she was crazy. And Jo said it's not paint or a crayon you can't just color it in and she laughed at my mom's hair. I then had, had enough of this woman. And told her, Obvisously we know this. This isn't our first time dying hair. And my mom stood up in tears and walked out. So do not waste your time coming to this place.
